Customer Support Champion

We are seeking a dedicated individual to manage candidate communications, verify documentation, and ensure professional interactions.

This role is a blend of customer support and candidate outreach, focusing on resolving issues and enhancing the overall candidate experience.

  • Address inquiries and resolve issues via email or chat as a candidate champion.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assist Candidate Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
  • Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
