Job Title:

Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have an exceptional experience with their vehicles.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Timely assist customers reporting issues with their vehicles, including mechanical, electrical, or software-related problems.
  • Offer accurate information and solutions regarding warranty coverage, claims, and service processes to resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Collaborate with service centers, mechanics, or technical teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer complaints.
  • Raise and track warranty claims, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete to prevent delays.
  • Provide first-level technical troubleshooting guidance based on customer feedback to resolve issues promptly.
  • Follow up with customers until the issue is resolved and ensure high satisfaction to maintain a positive reputation.
  • Maintain records of all interactions, complaints, issues, and solutions using CRM tools for future reference.
  • Elevate complex cases to higher technical support or warranty teams when necessary to provide seamless support.
Requirements:
  • Education: A minimum Graduate degree from any stream; candidates with an automotive or technical background are preferred.
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in customer support, automotive services, or warranty handling is desirable.
  • Language: Proficiency in Hindi and English; knowledge of other regional languages is an added advantage.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of vehicle systems or prior experience in an auto-related role is beneficial.
