Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Candidate Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the support team, you will play a crucial role in managing candidate communications, verifying documentation, and ensuring that all candidate interactions are handled with professionalism and empathy.

  • You will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat, reviewing candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, and educating candidates on the documentation process.
  • You will document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs, and create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • As a Candidate Support Specialist, you will also assist Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.

About You:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A basic understanding of customer support and/or candidate management.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Be a candidate champion, addressing inquiries and resolving issues via email or chat.
  • Review candidate-provided documents for completeness and accuracy, communicating clearly if additional information is required.
  • Educate candidates on the documentation process, providing guidance and support to ensure they understand the requirements.
  • Document candidate interactions and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement in the candidate experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address candidate needs and enhance the overall experience.
  • Create and maintain support documentation to streamline common and recurring questions.
  • Assist Success Managers with tasks such as updating candidate information and informing internal teams of any escalated issues.
  • Handle level 1 escalations that require a solid understanding of our documentation and candidate support processes.
