Designation – Manager – HR

At Larsen & Toubro, we seek a seasoned HR Manager to lead our human capital initiatives.

Minimum Qualification: Post Graduate In Human Resources from a Reputed Institute.

Experience: A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in handling employee life cycle / HR Administration / Talent management.

Preferred Age: Approximately 30 years.

Proven proficiency in Talent building, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, OD programs.

Desired Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to lead a team.

Good knowledge of HR, OD, PMS processes, training assessment.

Liaising with senior management teams and effectively collaborate.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Prepare and implement learning strategies and programs.
  2. Talent development.
  3. OD – initiating and implementing.
  4. Organize e-learning courses, workshops, and other trainings.
  5. Monitor the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
  6. Oversee budgets and negotiate contracts.
  7. Vendor management and invoice processing.
  8. Support in DE&I initiatives.
  9. Keeps abreast of latest training techniques, approaches, and maintains a periodic update.
  10. List of external training programs or vendors that can be resorted to for organization’s needs.
  11. Reporting and MIS.
