Job Title: Assistant Manager – Talent Development

The Assistant Manager for Talent Development plays a vital role in shaping the next generation of Healthcare RCM professionals. This individual is responsible for facilitating in-house supervisory training programs, managing the new hire induction program for Chennai, and coordinating the design of e-learning modules for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trains and certifies first-time supervisors and tenured junior-level supervisors for their role as team leaders and managers.
  • Works with the Instructional Designer to develop e-learning modules for annual compliance training, micro-training courses for employee development, and other projects.
  • Maintains and sends necessary training reports to the Training Manager and Department Head.
  • Manages the weekly new hire induction program by coordinating with the Talent Acquisition Team and various cross-functional teams.
  • Creates and updates relevant training modules.
Job Requirements:
  • Relationship Management and Facilitation Skills.
  • Knowledge on Feedback and Coaching Methodologies.
  • Excellent Verbal and Written Communication.
  • Excel and PowerPoint Knowledge for Reporting and Data Analysis.
Qualifications:
  • Any graduate with a minimum of 8 years of experience in international BPO companies is preferred.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Talent Development.
  • 2+ years of experience in Instructional Designing for building training programs for adult learning.
  • Knowledge of Instructional Design tools and applications (Storyline, Captivate, Vyond, Easy Generator) is desired but not mandatory.
  • Experience in navigating a matrixed and virtual environment.
  • Recognized certifications in Talent Development, Instructional Design, or a Diploma in Training will be an added advantage.
