Job Title: Product Support Professional

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Product Support Analyst. As a key member of our customer support team, you will play a critical role in addressing customer issues, providing guidance on product usage, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Guide and assist customers on product usage and best practices.
  • Manage customer data import/export from production systems.
  • Ensure accurate and timely updates of customer data in production systems.
  • Process confidential customer data according to established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the development of product content for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Generate reports from single or multiple systems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field from an accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in product customer support.
  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset and ability to solve complex problems.
  • Ability to communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong documentation and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
