**Job Title:** System Support Professional

**Job Description:

  • We are looking for a skilled system support professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, including CPU, memory, hard disk size, log size, and other vital server parameters.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for reporting performance issues to the appropriate teams, monitoring scheduled tasks, and ensuring their successful completion.
  • If any failures occur in tasks, the candidate will rerun the task and report technical errors to the L2/L3 teams for resolution.
  • The professional will also monitor email, Teams channels, and ticketing systems for new items/tickets, update them with initial responses, gather details from business/end users/other teams as required, reproduce issues in testing environments, and validate fixes based on customer inputs.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of experience in application or infrastructure support at the L1 level.
  • Experience in SailPoint or IAM system support is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong background in Java and scripting would be an added benefit.
