Senior Financial Professional Position

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to join our organization and contribute to the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring timely and accurate recording of all financial transactions, preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, reconciliation of bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances, as well as ensuring compliance with statutory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Record all financial transactions accurately and on time.
  • Prepare and present comprehensive financial statements.
  • Manage and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and inter-company balances.
  • Maintain strict adherence to statutory requirements, including income tax, GST, TDS, PF/ESI, and Companies Act.
  • Coordinate and prepare for internal audits, ensuring that all documentation is up-to-date and readily available.
  • Develop and provide regular management information systems reports, including profit and loss statements, cash flow analysis, and variance reports.
  • Oversee vendor payments, invoice processing, and reconciliation, ensuring prompt and accurate settlement.
  • Monitor and manage receivables, credit terms, and collections, maintaining an optimal working capital discipline.

To succeed in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, along with strong expertise in these areas. A Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is highly preferred.
