Key Responsibilities:
  • Account Opening and Maintenance: Manage the process of opening, maintaining, and closing bank accounts, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that their needs are met and they feel valued.
  • Transaction Processing: Oversee the processing of transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Service Quality: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, meeting or exceeding their expectations at all times.
  • Audit and Compliance: Maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures, ensuring that all audits are passed successfully.
Requirements:
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in finance or related field preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years' experience in financial services, customer-facing role, or related industry.
  • Skillset: Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.
