Billing Executive Job Description

At a leading automotive company, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Billing Professional to manage our finance operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate invoices, maintaining smooth transactions with customers and vendors, and ensuring seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and issue professional invoices for products and services provided.
  • Verify the accuracy of billing information, including amounts, taxes, and payment terms.
  • Maintain up-to-date billing records and update information as needed.
  • Work closely with sales and inventory teams to ensure correct pricing and order details.
  • Address billing discrepancies and resolve issues with customers and vendors in a timely manner.
  • Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries related to billing and payment status.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Experience in billing, accounting, or finance is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial systems and processes.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software.
  • Familiarity with ERP or other accounting software.

This is a full-time position, offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Proficiency in English, Kannada, and Tamil languages is preferred.
