As a Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in expanding our partnerships with medium and large enterprises and driving adoption of our salary account offerings.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and onboard new corporate partners for salary account partnerships.
- Drive the sales cycle from pitching Jupiter's offerings to corporates to signing agreements and employee onboarding.
- Conduct activation drives and organize engagement camps for corporates.
- Build strong relationships with HR/finance decision-makers at corporates.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees of partner corporates.
- Cross-sell personal loans, credit cards, and investment products to salary account holders.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure superior customer experience.
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree (MBA preferred).
- 1–7 years of experience in Corporate Sales, Salary Accounts, or Relationship Management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Hindi.
- Proven ability to build CXO/HR-level relationships.
- Ability to drive end-to-end sales closures.
- High ownership mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
- Experience mentoring juniors or managing agency/vendor partners.
- Exposure to credit or payment products and risk/compliance nuances.
- Familiarity with predictive models and large-scale marketing automation.
- Location: Bangalore.
