
Global Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to fill the role of Global Customer Experience Representative. This position is part of our team responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across various markets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of accuracy and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Order Processing: Review new orders for accuracy and completeness on a web-based system.
- Customer Enquiry Clarifications: Clarify customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Service Level Maintenance: Maintain high levels of accuracy and service levels.
- Order Placement and Monitoring: Place orders with partners on a web-based order processing system and monitor their status.
- Accuracy and Record Keeping: Ensure accurate records of activities in our internal systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Any degree.
The ideal candidate should possess strong technical skills, including:
- Ability to enter data using an alphanumeric keyboard and verify/prove entered data.
- Skill in reviewing, proofing, and verifying data.
- Able to learn new concepts quickly.
- Comfortable working with limited supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- A creative problem-solver.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Highly motivated in performing repetitive duties with very low room for error.
