
Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to handle customer inquiries in a professional and polite manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, emails, and messages in a timely and efficient manner.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and fairly.
- Process and manage customer orders, including tracking and updating order status, shipping details, and returns/refunds where applicable.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order fulfillment and ensure seamless customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service/call handling (e-commerce preferred).
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and strong technical skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability, customer-first approach, and basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).
- Ability to multitask, handle pressure in a fast-paced environment, and work effectively in a team.
Education:
- Graduate/Diploma in any discipline.
- Additional training in customer service is a plus.
