Microsoft Endpoint Manager & Configuration Manager Job

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and Configuration Manager (SCCM). This role involves the administration, development, and implementation of SCCM solutions across various environments.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deploy medium to large-scale SCCM environments, including single-tier and multi-tier sites.
  • Develop custom deployment scripts using VBS, batch, and other scripting languages.
  • Manage Windows 10 images lifecycle, ensuring they are up-to-date with OS updates, driver updates, application updates, and settings updates.
  • Use SCCM to manage adjacent Microsoft services, such as Office365, Adobe, and other third-party catalogs/updates.
  1. Job Requirements:
  2. Deep knowledge in Inventory Management, Software Distribution, Patch Management, and Image Management using SCCM and Intune.
  3. Excellent working knowledge of SCCM Client Management Suite at all levels.
  4. Ability to resolve tasks escalated by L2 teams.
  5. Strong scripting skills, particularly in VBS and batch.
  6. Knowledge of imaging engines and Windows 10 imaging technology.
