Job Title: Product Lifecycle Management Specialist

Description:

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions, a strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles and proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations. They will also have knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies, experience with custom reports development using oracle tools, and a background in Agile data migration techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L1 support for Oracle Cloud PLM-Product Development (PD) / Product Data Hub (PDH)
  • Perform API integration testing, configuring Oracle PDH application components
  • Deliver post-production support/hypercare service
  • Create custom reports using Oracle tools
  • Perform Root cause analysis on recurring issues
  • Execute Agile data migration processes
  • Conduct quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing
  • Analyze and prioritize support requests involving Oracle Fusion product life cycle configurations and customizations issues
  • Manage incidents tickets for Agile data migration challenges
  • Track and prioritize quarterly configuration and patch validations/testing requests

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with Oracle Cloud PLM solutions
  • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management principles
  • Proficiency in Oracle PDH application configurations
  • Knowledge of API integration and testing methodologies
  • Experience with custom reports development using oracle tools
  • Background in Agile data migration techniques
