Senior Data Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Senior Data Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly skilled and experienced individual to lead our data management efforts.

  • This role requires a strong background in data analytics, with at least 12 years of experience in data hiring. You should have expertise in catastrophe modeling and actuarial roles.
  • As a Senior Data Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of professionals, providing guidance and mentorship. You will set clear goals and expectations for the team, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • You will devise sourcing strategies, recruit candidates using multiple channels, and serve as a trusted business partner to the leadership team. You will drive diversity, equity, and inclusion practices from a recruiting lens.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Talent Acquisition professionals. Set clear goals and expectations, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, and foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
  • Recruitment Deliverables: Devise sourcing strategy, recruit using multiple channels, and serve as a trusted business partner to the GCoE Business Leadership Team.
  • Process Adherence and Efficiency: Ensure process adherence, develop checks & balances, and continuously evaluate and improve hiring practices.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, data management, computer science, business analytics, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and tools for Data Analytics hiring.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and finding trends.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • Project management experience is a plus.
