About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Recruitment Talent Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for managing the non-tech recruitment and selection process, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring continuous pipeline creation for various open positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the non-tech recruitment and selection process, streamlining processes to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement tailored recruitment strategies and initiatives aligned with our overall business objectives.
  • Conduct initial Telephonic Interview and Culture Fit interview rounds to assess candidates' suitability.
  • Evaluate prospective candidates using multiple channels and sources, and assess their fitment for our company culture and values.
  • Implement smart sourcing techniques to attract relevant candidates, overcome recruitment delays, and enhance our talent pool.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months of relevant internship experience in recruitment or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in using Google Sheets and Excel to track data and metrics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Results-driven and people-oriented, with a focus on achieving targets and driving success.

Job Requirements:

This is a full-time position that requires high proficiency in verbal communication, written communication, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
