Key Leadership Role in Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding
About the Job:
This is a key leadership role within our organization, focusing on talent acquisition and employer branding. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to attract top talent and build a strong employer brand.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, leadership, and stakeholder management. They will be able to design and execute innovative recruitment strategies, drive business outcomes, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
We are seeking an experienced professional who can lead and mentor a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing recruitment metrics, ensuring data-driven decision-making, and implementing advanced ATS systems and technology to streamline hiring.
In addition, the successful candidate will need to stay up-to-date with market trends, talent intelligence, and fintech hiring challenges. They will develop strategies to attract niche talent in AI, data analytics, cybersecurity, blockchain, and digital banking.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of progressive HR/Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience in scaling hiring operations in fast-growth organizations, preferably in fintech, BFSI, or technology sectors.
- Strong knowledge of HR systems, ATS, and recruitment analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
