Job Overview

We are seeking a Chief Analytics Strategist to drive business growth through data-driven insights.

About the Role

The Chief Analytics Strategist will lead cross-functional teams to analyze complex data sets, design predictive models, and develop analytics solutions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform business decisions
  • Designing and developing machine learning models and algorithms to improve analytics solutions
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy, relevance, and timeliness for analytics purposes
  • Contributing to hands-on development of data & analytics solutions
  • Delivering products and solutions in a timely and proactive manner

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 0-5 years of experience in AI/analytics product & solution delivery
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in information technology, computer science, statistics, or economics
  • Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts, with a focus on Natural Language Processing
  • Proficiency in Python programming language, with experience using libraries like PyTorch for deep learning tasks
  • Familiarity with Elastic stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash, Kibana) for data management and analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with new age AI and ML techniques such as GenAI, foundational models, large language models (LLMs), and applications
  • Certifications in AI space such as ML Ops, AI Ops, Generative AI, Ethical AI, AI deployment in cloud
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies & tools
