HR Business Development Partner

As a pivotal member of a dynamic organization, this HR Business Partner will play a key role in shaping the company's human resources strategy. The individual will provide day-to-day support to managers and employees, focusing on employee relations, talent development, succession planning, change management, and compensation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide forward-thinking HR consultation on strategic and operational issues, fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers in areas such as employee relations, employee development, performance management, compensation, benefits, payroll, and policy/procedure related matters.
  • Support annual salary and bonus planning processes and contribute to the development of the annual Talent Plan, aligning with business objectives.
  • Design and deliver training programs on performance management, employee engagement, talent assessment, succession planning, and leadership development, enhancing skills and knowledge.
  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives across the organization, promoting a culture of respect and inclusivity.
  • Participate in and lead talent council meetings and support talent initiatives across the function, driving growth and success.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, industrial relations, business, or equivalent, with a strong academic record.
  • MBA or MA in human resources or industrial relations preferred, demonstrating advanced knowledge and expertise.
  • Minimum 5 years of human resource experience, with an emphasis on HR Generalist experience, showcasing a broad range of skills and competencies.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in additional languages an asset.
  • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management, building strong relationships and partnerships.
  • Strong organizational, time, and project management skills, with experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
