Arbitrage Fund Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced fund manager to join our team as a 40% equity partner. The successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of our arbitrage trading strategy, ensuring risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance.

About the Role
  • Direct day-to-day operations of the fund's arbitrage trading strategy
  • Ensure risk-adjusted capital allocation and regulatory compliance
  • Interface with auditors, administrators, and regulators
  • Develop investor confidence through transparent reporting and governance
  • Work closely with co-founders on scaling the fund into an institutional-grade vehicle
Requirements
  • Background in fund management, quantitative finance, or hedge fund operations
  • Strong understanding of arbitrage, risk-neutral trading strategies, and fund structures
  • Proven ability to manage regulatory, legal, and reporting frameworks
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to invest personal capital and grow equity value
