Strategic Business Operations Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled Partner Operations Specialist to join our internal projects team.
- Assist in the management of partner certifications, ensuring timely updates and progress tracking.
- Provide top-notch help desk support to clients, coordinating L2 and L3 escalations for efficient issue resolution.
- Deliver accurate and actionable reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Azure consumption, customer adds, and other relevant metrics.
- Support outbound referrals and co-sell initiatives, driving performance metric protection.
- Identify opportunities eligible for PAL or POR attribution, capturing and executing requirements post-contracting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage certification lists, track progress, and provide support to team members.
- Triage and manage help desk requests with clients, ensuring timely escalation to resolve issues.
- Deliver KPI-based reporting and insights to drive decision-making.
- Facilitate co-sell vs. partner-led motions, ensuring offer attachment.
- Identify opportunities and execute attribution requirements.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and experience in sales operations or partner management.
- Excellent organizational, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
