Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Senior Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for generating new sales leads, working closely with our Business Lead, and identifying new prospects through research, email outreach, and inbound requests.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up calls to move opportunities through the sales funnel.">
  • Study and determine the prospect's pain-points to help them understand how VR/AR technologies can resolve their problems.">
  • Create proposals, documentation, and close deals by drafting quotations and proposals for clients. Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts.">
  • Manage data for new and prospective clients within CRM (FreshSales, etc.) and ensure all prospect/client communications are logged, information is accurate, and documentation is up-to-date.">
  • Create periodic/monthly reports to senior managers/management, providing data-driven insights into the sales funnel/campaigns conducted during that time.">
  • Stay updated on professional and technical knowledge of VR, AR, Web 3D by consuming/reviewing online content, following key media-houses, OEMs, and influencers.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Must have 3+ years of B2B experience in a Sales/Business-Development Role.">
  • Proven track record of closing large SaaS/Service deals (> USD 100k).">
  • Ability to write emails/correspondence in business-professional English, in simple, grammatically correct, lucid form.">
  • Experience in creating detailed Project Proposals, Response to RFP/RFC et al.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint/Word/Excel/Outlook.">
  • Experience with CRM tools such as FreshSales, HubSpot or equivalent.">
  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.">
