We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Strategist to join our team at Unacademy. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about driving growth and expanding our reach in the offline sector.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the online education sector and experience in business development, sales, or a related field. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, with a master's degree preferred.

A key responsibility of this role will be to prospect and lead generation, identifying potential clients and target markets through research and networking. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and requirements, and tailoring solutions accordingly.

In addition to sales and revenue growth, you will stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors, analyzing market data to identify new business opportunities. You will also work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve collective goals, providing feedback to the product development team based on client insights.

You will be responsible for engaging with prospective students in-person and over the phone, understanding their academic background, career objectives, and learning preferences. You will assist students with the enrollment process, including course selection, fee payment, and registration, and follow up with potential leads to encourage them to join our courses.

This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools is essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience, and a benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement planning, and paid time off.
