Pre-Sales Solutions Expert

This Pre-Sales Solutions Expert role is a key position within the Americas region, requiring strong technical and communication skills to support sales efforts and foster collaborative relationships with account executives and sales managers.
About the JobThe successful candidate will act as a champion for our prospects, helping them understand how our application delivers value to their organization. You will be responsible for responding to customer asks, including follow-up questions, demos, RFx, and IT security questionnaires.
Main Responsibilities- Supporting prospective customer-facing conversations by conducting discovery, demonstrating solutions, and handling questions effectively.
- Building and developing custom demos that match customer requirements.
- Leading, scoping, and partnering with post-sales to deliver POCs.
- Partnering with the sales team to drive sales objectives and ensuring seamless transitions from sale to onboarding.
- Delivering feedback to help us grow and evolve, focusing on processes and products.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Experience selling to F500 clients and cross-functional decision-makers, including C-level executives.
- Strong solution selling skills, able to articulate the value of software solutions to customers.
- Familiarity with procurement and knowledge of cloud technologies and solutions, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
- Excellent discovery skills, able to lead customers through focused conversations to uncover pain, value, and our path to sales success.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Knowledge of key principles of software integrations, including integration platforms and APIs.
- Industry and/or solutioning experience with P2P/Fintech tools related to procurement, AP automation, or payments.
- A strong solutioning mindset with analytical skills focused on helping customers envision how our solution meets their needs.
- A proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding client base through technical solutions.
- 7+ years of experience in a presales, solution consulting environment or in a similar role with transferable skills.
- Preferably a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
This role is based out of India and requires willingness to work US shift (PST timings). Prior experience managing the region/US customers will be a plus.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
