Energy Sales Executive

The Sales Expert at Simple Energy Private Limited will be responsible for driving the company's growth by leveraging their sales expertise and leadership skills. With a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, you will play a key role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue.
Your primary focus will be on building strong relationships with customers, identifying business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve sales goals. You must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey ideas clearly and persuasively. Additionally, you should be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth through effective lead management, leveraging sales enablers and dealer sales processes.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Lead and manage a sales team to inspire, motivate, and drive results.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, marketing, or sales.
- Proven experience as a Territory Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum
