Job Title: Program Manager

As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating multiple related initiatives, projects, and programs to ensure alignment with the organization's strategic objectives and portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive program scope, objectives, and deliverables in line with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
  • Create and maintain detailed program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation strategies.
  • Collaborate and oversee project execution, ensuring timely completion and efficient resource utilization.
  • Establish and monitor program metrics, track progress against key performance indicators, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks through proactive risk management strategies.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to program governance processes, preparing and presenting regular status updates and performance reports.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
  • Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, MSP, Agile).
  • Expertise in developing and managing comprehensive program plans.
  • Proficiency in identifying, assessing, and mitigating program risks.
  • Strong skills in managing program finances and budgeting.
  • Relevant certifications in program and project management (e.g., PMP, PgMP, MSP).
