Project Management Coordinator

The Project Coordinator role is crucial for our organization's success as it plays a pivotal part in the facilitation of cross-functional alignment across multiple initiatives. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the Integrated Workplan, which encompasses all program activities, milestones, and dependencies.
This includes standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning across various initiatives and workstreams, as well as summarizing strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing.
The ideal candidate for this role will possess a Bachelor's degree in a related field and have at least 7-11 years of experience in project or program management. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and project management tools is also required.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining the Integrated Workplan to reflect all program activities, milestones, and dependencies
- Standardizing resource forecasting and capacity planning across multiple initiatives and workstreams
- Summarizing strategic insights from integrated plans to optimize timelines and resourcing
The successful candidate will have a strong background in project coordination and management, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
