We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead and manage key initiatives at the domain level. This role requires strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and drive successful delivery of complex programs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams by facilitating Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect Adapt workshops as the SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE).
  • Coordinate with Product Management, Product Owners, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency in managing key initiatives across multiple teams at the domain level.
  • Monitor program execution and resolve impediments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to Agile teams and Scrum Masters on Agile principles and SAFe framework.
  • Track and report on program metrics, risks, and dependencies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing teams and initiatives at the domain level with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience working in a SAFe Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and SAFe framework.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
