Location: Chennai (Base Location)

Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across Chennai, Bangalore, and Kerala — at least 10 days per month

Key Responsibilities
  • Service & Team Management: Lead the service and support team across the South region, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to service SLAs.
  • Client Support: Act as the escalation point for major customer issues and provide hands-on support where required.
  • Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of plants & dispensing systems.
  • Process Improvement: Develop SOPs and continuously improve service processes to maximize system uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting & Coordination: Maintain regular MIS/reporting for management and coordinate closely with the R&D, Production, and Sales teams.
  • Travel: Frequently travel across Chennai, Bangalore, and Kerala to inspect sites and meet client teams (approx. 10 days/month).
Skills & Qualifications
  • Diploma (minimum) in any engineering discipline
  • Strong technical troubleshooting and field service experience
  • Demonstrated experience in team & stakeholder management
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages preferred)
  • Ability to remain proactive, solution-driven, and hands-on in challenging field conditions
