Strategic Project Coordinator

We are seeking a seasoned project coordinator to oversee our development initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for strategic planning and scheduling, design integration, resource allocation, progress monitoring, risk management, quality assurance, and project closure.
- A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management is required, along with 7+ years of experience in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations is essential, as well as proficiency in project management software, excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under pressure.
