
Senior Client Account Manager

We are seeking a skilled professional to manage day-to-day client accounts, coordinate with clients, and deliver projects efficiently.
Main Responsibilities:
- Support senior team members in managing client accounts and coordinating with internal teams.
- Understand client requirements and communicate them effectively to the team.
- Prepare presentations, briefs, and reports for client meetings and deliverables.
- Work closely with creative and digital teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress, meet deadlines, and keep clients informed.
- Develop strong relationships with clients through effective communication and service excellence.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in Client Servicing/Account Management, preferably in advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn.
- Collaborative work style and ability to build strong relationships.
