We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in market development, business growth, and sales strategy.
This role requires the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop targeted strategies to drive business growth. The successful candidate will be able to work effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Gather market intelligence and research customer and prospect accounts through public and private data sources
- Qualify and score inbound leads to identify key companies and personas for maximum campaign effectiveness
- Monitor public information sources to augment accounts, leads, and opportunities with data to enhance prospecting effectiveness
- Develop personalized strategies for engaging prospects using email, social media, and other channels to increase engagement rates
- Collaborate with teammates to develop targeted lists, call and email strategies, and messaging to drive opportunities and prospecting activities
- Work with partners to enrich, cleanse, and triage account data
- Engage with functions such as marketing and sales to understand business priorities
- Document activity in CRM systems and report qualitative and quantitative results on a regular basis
Requirements:
- 2-6 years of experience in business development or similar roles
- Ability to effectively research, qualify, and react to leads and business opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation education
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced international environment
