As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line sales and maintaining penetration levels of group insurance products with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Effectively manage Group business with Bank employees, ensuring seamless liaison with different departments for case closure.
- Drive top-line sales and maintain penetration levels by championing products and processes.
- Coordinate and train key officials to enhance their understanding of the business, increase seller activation, and provide market feedback on competition and other products.
- Foster and strengthen relationships through engagement with Partner's Zonal Leadership team, Ops, Credit Team, DSAs, SMs, Field Sales Staff at all levels and across functions.
- Add value to key initiatives to enhance attachment ratio and business volume through training and service.
- Track and publish dashboards for penetration performance, measuring and monitoring various metrics such as files and sum assured, penetration rates, seller activation, claim denial rates, pending rates, rejection ratios, medical TATs, etc.
- Minimize these metrics and adhere to Time To Act (TAT) standards, contributing to product improvement.
- Manage the Post-Sales process, overseeing complete claims operations end-to-end.
