Job Title: Executive Leader in Healthcare

Description:
Pfizer is hiring a seasoned healthcare executive to drive strategic engagement with medical professionals and deliver sales outcomes for Nurtec in the CNS therapeutic area.

Responsibilities:
• Achieve territory sales targets for Nurtec through effective planning and execution of coverage strategies.
• Develop tailored product messaging based on clinical data to engage neurologists, psychiatrists, and key CNS prescribers.
• Organize CMEs, speaker programs, and roundtables with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote scientific value and patient benefits of Nurtec.
• Build long-term relationships with prescribers and hospital decision-makers through high-quality interactions and strong communication skills.
• Maintain high scientific acumen on CNS disorders and Nurtec's mechanism of action through ongoing education and research.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 3–10 years of pharma sales experience, preferably in CNS or specialty therapy areas.
• Strong understanding of neurology, migraine management, and CNS pharmacology.
• Ability to develop strategic territory plans and execute them effectively.
• Excellent clinical communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
