We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored liability products and solutions.
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers to expand our client base, using networking, referrals, cold calling, and sales presentations.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new offerings and features from our liability product portfolio, able to articulate the benefits and advantages to clients.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to assess their requirements and recommend suitable liability products and services accordingly.
- Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other banking products or services based on the client's financial situation and needs.
- Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by our organization.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines and policies while selling liability products and handling customer information.
- Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, documentation, and account opening processes for new clients.
We are looking for an individual with:
- A degree in any field (UG)
- A postgraduate degree in any field (PG)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with liability products and banking regulations
