Branch Sales Executive Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Branch Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with existing clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with tailored liability products and solutions.
  • New Business Acquisition: Identify and prospect potential customers to expand our client base, using networking, referrals, cold calling, and sales presentations.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new offerings and features from our liability product portfolio, able to articulate the benefits and advantages to clients.
  • Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough financial needs analysis for clients to assess their requirements and recommend suitable liability products and services accordingly.
  • Cross-selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell other banking products or services based on the client's financial situation and needs.
  • Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual and team sales targets set by our organization.
  • Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with all internal and external regulatory guidelines and policies while selling liability products and handling customer information.
  • Documentation: Handle all necessary paperwork, documentation, and account opening processes for new clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for an individual with:

  • A degree in any field (UG)
  • A postgraduate degree in any field (PG)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with liability products and banking regulations
