Credit Risk Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to conduct credit risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead or participate in all business credit audits, evaluating the quality of financial statements and identifying areas of concern.
  • Conduct timely commencement and closure of audits, including documentation of working papers and audit reports.
  • Prepare and submit audit reports within stipulated time frames, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and risk management processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, providing expert advice on credit risk management strategies.
  • Carry out thematic audits, reviews of processes, and special audits as assigned by management.
  • Examine and provide comfort to Team Lead Audit on all developments related to credit risk areas, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of audit reports.
  • Develop and devise audit checklists for use by internal/concurrent auditors and test processes/procedures to foresee pitfalls and bottlenecks.
