Senior Credit Risk Analyst

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our financial modelling and risk analysis initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Financial Modelling Projects: Develop IFRS 9 models, compute Expected Credit Loss (ECL), enhance ECL approaches, and provide credit risk solutions.
- Expertise on Loan Products: Demonstrate knowledge of wholesale loans, auto loans, personal loans, mortgage finance, education loans, etc.
- Project Management: Design and monitor project plans for assigned engagements, direct client projects, and report updates to business leaders.
- Team Leadership: Recruit and mentor team members to expand and upskill the execution and delivery team.
- At least 8 years of experience in financial modelling, risk analysis, and credit risk management.
- IFRS 9 Knowledge: Strong understanding of IFRS 9 standards, PD/LGD/EAD model development, and validation.
- Data Analysis: Experience with ECL calculation, statistical methods, and data analysis using tools like MS Excel, VBA, Python, R, SAS.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills to lead cross-functional teams.
