Operations Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Operations Support Specialist to join our team in India.

This role is responsible for overseeing various operational aspects of store management, ensuring performance achievement, loss control, and compliance with company standards. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail operations, preferably with market expansion exposure.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Performance Achievement: Set and adjust store operation targets based on market performance goals. Track and analyze operational KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Loss Control & Management: Develop and optimize store goods loss rate targets in line with loss control objectives.
  • New Store Coordination: Oversee new store openings, coordinating construction, logistics, and operational setup.
  • Operations Support: Responsible for operational communication between the local Indian operations team and the Chinese headquarters team to ensure the implementation of tasks. Conduct regular store visits to inspect operational standards and performance.
  • Store Standards & Compliance: Ensure adherence to company management standards and operational procedures.
  • Team & Talent Development: Assist in personnel management, training, and development for store teams.

About You:

  • You must be passionate about retail, have a result-driven mindset, and strong execution skills.
  • You should have analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose operational issues, analyze data, and propose solutions.
  • Both Chinese and English can be used as working languages.
  • You must be adaptable to market changes and resilient under pressure.
