We seek a Senior Business Development & Client Servicing Manager with experience in corporate events, experiential marketing and brand partnerships.

The role demands:

  • Sales leadership to secure high-value business deals with corporates and brands.
  • Managing and growing key client accounts while ensuring profitability.
  • Taking ownership of account P&Ls, driving revenue growth and cost efficiency.
  • Building long-term client relationships for repeat business and upsell opportunities.
  • Leading teams for seamless project delivery from pitch to execution.

Requirements

Experience: 5–7 years in business development or client servicing.

Negotiation Skills: Proven track record of meeting/exceeding revenue goals.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills.

Technical Knowledge: Event production and costing know-how. The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to work well under pressure.
