We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in generating leads, qualifying prospects, and establishing meaningful relationships with prospective students.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also be able to assess and qualify leads based on their interest and fit for our courses, and collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure seamless transition of qualified leads and smooth conversion into enrolled students.
**Responsibilities:)
- Lead Qualification: Engage with prospective students to generate leads and assess their interest and fit for our courses.
- Prospective Student Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with prospective students by offering valuable information on course details, benefits, and career opportunities.
- Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the Sales Team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads and conversion into enrolled students.
Requirements:
- 0.5–3 years of experience in customer service or pre-sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
