About the Role:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the mapping and documentation of business processes across departments. You will evaluate and test new technology platforms and prepare business cases for implementation.

You will also track the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timely updates with stakeholders. In addition, you will develop presentations, reports, and SOPs for management and team communication. Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical & problem-solving ability.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or data visualization tools is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, automation tools, or ERP software preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and coordinate with multiple teams.

Qualification & Experience:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, Commerce, Economics, Data Analytics, IT, or related field. We are looking for a candidate with 4–5 years of relevant work experience in business analysis, process design, project management, or related functions. Passion for the health, wellness, or fitness industry is a plus.
