BIM Modeling Expert

Deliver innovative engineering solutions in the transportation sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide regular progress updates.
  • Maintain records of formal BIM correspondences.
  • Support hardware/software deployment and deliver training to project teams.
  • Develop and update BIM object libraries and quality templates per organizational standards.
  • Ensure quality and compliance of all BIM submissions through regular QA/QC checks.
  • Validate models for accuracy, export data for design and commercial use, and perform clash detection.
  • Prepare reports and models for value engineering and constructability analysis.
Requirements:
  • Experienced CIVIL 3D modeler with skills in modeling track works, rail utilities, drainage modeling, and experience in multi-disciplinary design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • 5-10 years' experience in BIM tools.
  • Experience within design or construction on infrastructure projects.
  • Knowledge of multi-disciplinary design workflows and understanding of 3D coordination process.
  • Proficient in a range of authoring, scripting, design review, coordination, simulations, and collaboration applications.
  • Possess the ability to develop analytical reports and presentations.
