About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to shape the Building Information Modeling (BIM) function for our newly established office in Mumbai. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of BIM processes and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive BIM Execution Plans (BEPs)
- Manage communication and rollout of any BIM standards changes within the Mumbai office
- Drive implementation of group BIM workflows, tools, and standards at the local level
- Lead staff training, induction, and knowledge-sharing for BIM practices
- Coordinate and manage project BIM deliverables, reducing errors and delays
- Act as the primary point of contact for BIM-related issues in Mumbai, liaising with global BIM leadership
- Support audits and ensure compliance with ISO19650 certification
This role offers a chance to collaborate with global BIM experts, receive international training and induction, and contribute to the development of a new BIM function.
