  • Lead BIM execution, implementation, and production activities while supporting project estimations and deliverables.
  • Deliver high-quality outputs for all design stages while adhering to industry standards, codes, guidelines, and regulations.

Team Management and Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants for BIM modeling, reports, and deliverables.
  • Manage project workflows, allocate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

BIM Tools and Platforms

  • Oversee the implementation and management of BIM tools and platforms (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in the BIM industry.
