BIM Lead

The BIM lead is a pivotal role in driving the adoption and implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) technologies to enhance design, planning, and execution of precast construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage accurate BIM models for precast construction projects ensuring compliance with project specifications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BIM workflows into project execution processes.
  • Utilize Tekla software to create detailed 3D models perform clash detection and generate construction documentation outputs.
  • Establish and enforce BIM standards protocols and best practices within the business unit framework.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to team members on BIM tools and methodologies.
  • Coordinate with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on BIM deliverables.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of BIM implementation identifying areas for improvement and driving continuous innovation.
  • Support strategic planning and decision-making related to BIM adoption and technology investments.
  • Ensure timely delivery of BIM outputs to meet project milestones and client expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Tekla software and other BIM tools with a strong portfolio of precast modeling projects.
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in BIM management with a focus on infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementing BIM workflows and standards in large-scale projects.
