Technical Project Coordinator Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers in planning, coordinating, and monitoring software development projects.
  • Work closely with developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and successful outcomes.
  • Help prepare project plans, timelines, and status reports to ensure transparency and effective communication.
  • Track progress of deliverables and highlight risks or blockers to enable timely interventions.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and client meetings to foster collaboration and teamwork.
  • Maintain documentation of project updates, decisions, and dependencies to ensure knowledge sharing and lessons learned.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the project management framework to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills:
  • Strong interest in technology, software development, or IT project management.
  • Basic understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and ability to apply it in practice.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar) and willingness to learn new ones.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to identify and address project roadblocks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment with multiple stakeholders.
