Virtual Assistant Administrator, Marketing & Project Manager

This is a full-time remote role for a highly skilled Virtual Assistant who can manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate marketing efforts and oversee various projects to ensure timely completion.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent organizational abilities and the ability to multitask. A background in business or marketing is preferred but not essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support: Providing administrative support to team members and stakeholders, including managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining accurate records.
  • Marketing Coordination: Coordinating marketing efforts, including social media management, email marketing and content creation.
  • Project Management: Overseeing various projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
  • Budgeting and Finance: Managing budgets, tracking expenses and making financial recommendations to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, including team members, clients and vendors, and building strong relationships to achieve common goals.
Requirements:
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Organizational Abilities: Proven ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite and other productivity tools, with experience using project management software such as Asana or Trello.
  • Industry Experience: Previous experience working in the wellness or music industry is a plus, but not essential.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred.
