We are seeking a skilled Webinar Coordinator to plan, execute, and optimize webinars that captivate audiences and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a comprehensive webinar strategy that aligns with marketing objectives.
  • Identify target demographics and create relevant, engaging webinar topics.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to secure subject matter experts and ensure high-quality content.
  • Oversee the webinar lifecycle, including scheduling, promotion, registration, live delivery, and post-event follow-ups.
  • Manage technical aspects of webinars, including platform setup, audiovisual coordination, and troubleshooting.
  • Conduct rehearsals with presenters to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze webinar performance metrics, providing actionable insights for improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience in webinar management, virtual events, or digital marketing.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (ON24) and marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work in US time zones.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing webinar performance metrics.
  • Creative thinker with a passion for delivering engaging virtual experiences.
