Project Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our organization in managing projects effectively.

This role is perfect for individuals early in their careers who are eager to learn, adaptable, and driven to take ownership of tasks while growing into larger responsibilities in project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Track project progress, timelines, and deliverables with attention to detail.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear, fast, and effective communication.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
  • Provide operational excellence and administrative support to the project team.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • A smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication.
  • The ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
